North Platte NRD Extends Deadline to Finalize Cost-Share Projects

Due to the extraordinary amount of rainfall in the past month, the North Platte Natural
Resources District (NRD) has extended the deadline to complete Nebraska Soil and Water
Conservation Program cost-share projects to July 1st. Landowners are reminded to provide their
bills/cost verifications, pictures, and a map of the finished practice before any funds with be
distributed. The extension will also allow landowners the opportunity to complete any work that
had been delayed by the weather.
