The North Platte Natural Resources District (NRD) in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, is accepting applications for a Water Resources Technician. Primary duties include reading and maintaining flow meters, chemigation inspections, measuring groundwater levels, sampling water quality and well decommissioning. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and ability to operate an ATV and other basic mechanical tools are required. A high school diploma, a valid Nebraska driver license, and the ability to achieve a Natural Resource Ground Water Technician Certification are required.
