The first groundwater based nonpoint source Alternative to EPA’s 9-element Watershed Plan, the Bazile Groundwater Management Plan has been announced.  It opens the area and project sponsors there to 319 Project funding  -- the first ever groundwater area eligible under the new EPA NPS Guidance.
