HARTINGTON, Nebraska -- The Cedar Knox Rural Water Project (CKRWP) Advisory Committee provides one $500 scholarship to a high school senior in memoriam of Galen Jueden.

Jueden was a dedicated employee who was fully committed to the customers and staff of CKRWP. He was an invaluable asset, and his dedication is recognized by providing a scholarship to a worthy student looking to achieve a degree in higher education.

The scholarship is available to high school seniors who are current CKRWP customers, children or grandchildren of current CKRWP customers or employees.

Applications are available from guidance counselors of the schools located within the CKRWP service area or online at https://lcnrd.nebraska.gov under the “Cedar Knox RWP” tab.
